The HJ92 series heavy-duty Hall effect control joystick, featuring a dual-axis friction positioning design, finds extensive applications across agricultural machinery, road construction equipment, and various engineering machinery scenarios.
Compared to typical engineering machinery handles, it comes equipped with a dust cover, providing a higher level of protection, meeting the IP65 standard. This feature effectively prevents dust and moisture intrusion in harsh environments, thereby enhancing the durability of the joystick.
The HJ92 joystick is a friction positioning type, which can be configured to allow a maximum forward operation angle of 35° according to customer requirements. This feature enables the handle to maintain stable positioning even under strong vibration conditions.
Z limit or T limite type
The distinctive feature of this handle is that while providing simultaneous output for the forward and backward axes, it also offers tactile feedback for the left and right axes. Additionally, to accommodate various usage scenarios, it supports center locking. Currently, it comes with two types of center locking: Z-shaped and T-shaped limits.
Output type
The HJ92 handle offers various output types, including Hall voltage output with 5Vdc input, conversion voltage output with 9~36Vdc input, and CAN bus communication, among others. Additionally, the upper end of this type of handle is compatible with our company’s proprietary SS handle upper end, allowing for a selection of multiple colors according to customer requirements. This versatility enables it to be used with different control systems and equipment.
